Coca-Cola partnered with us for a two-day transformative strategy retreat at the stunning Bab Al Shams desert resort. Designed to align vision and strengthen team dynamics, the experience combined strategy-building workshops with powerful team-building activities, mindful movement, breathwork, and sound healing. This immersive setting provided space for clarity, creativity, and deep connection, leaving the team both grounded and energized for the road ahead.

Beyond Wellness created a custom a workshop for the Volvo
Middle East team around the theme of ”Change Management”. The
custom workshop entitled ” Find your True Balance” was designed
to support the team throughout significant organizational shifts in the business.

FLOATING SESSIONS
Our floating sound healing sessions offer a unique way for teams to unwind, connect, and reset together. Set on water, this calming experience reduces stress and anxiety, while improving focus, communication, and team cohesion—leaving everyone refreshed and more in sync.
As part of an exclusive rewards and recognition event for Emirates Airlines, 60 employees were treated to a dynamic wellness Experience at the Ritz Carlton, JBR. The day kicked off with a high-energy HIIT session by Barry’s, followed by a tranquil floating sound healing experience on the water. The celebration wrapped up with sunset drinks and bites at beachside venue Tomoka—an unforgettable blend of movement, mindfulness, and connection.

Mustela approached Beyond Wellness to create and 2 day
branded wellness retreat for PR partners at the JA Resort in
celebration of UAE Mother’s Day. An immersive schedule of yoga,
